This is the finest version of this classic children's effect I have ever seen.  The rabbit house is 13 and 1/2"  tall, by 8 and 1/2 " wide, and  is 1 and 1/4" thick.  The plaque is red with a black and white rabbit on it.  Beautifully made in natural satin finished walnut with  brass hinges.  The base has swivel legs so that it packs flat.  No longer being made by Mel Babcock. Excellent condition and VERY collectible.
